We will start our tour in “Santa Rosa” Ex-covent . Place where we will visit its beautiful kitchen full of Talavera.
We will visit one old-neighborhood where they used to produce clay in the city and where they produce some casseroles. Then we will taste one of the most important dishes in Puebla, the mole poblano that is cooked with chilies and chocolate.
Finally we will visit the Candy Street where we will taste different kinds of candies; milk candy, borrachitos and camote.
